Welcome to Pitch Fund (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using Pitch Fund.

1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform.
- By using Pitch Fund, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Nature of Services
- Pitch Fund provides a networking and deal-making platform where entrepreneurs (“Entrepreneurs”) can present business opportunities and investors (“Investors”) can review pitches and make offers.
- Pitch Fund does not guarantee funding, investments, or business success.
- Pitch Fund does not act as a broker, dealer, financial advisor, or investment advisor.

3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities
- Entrepreneurs must ensure that their pitches are lawful, accurate, and do not infringe intellectual property rights.
- Investors are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making any offers.
- Users agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to gain unauthorized access or engaging in fraudulent activity.

5. Offers and Transactions
- All offers, negotiations, and agreements made on Pitch Fund are between Entrepreneurs and Investors only.
- Pitch Fund is not a party to any contracts entered into between users.
- We are not responsible for losses, damages, or disputes arising from transactions facilitated through our Platform.

6. Intellectual Property
- All content on Pitch Fund (logos, trademarks, text, graphics, etc.) is the property of Pitch Fund.
- Users may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7. Financial Disclaimer
- Pitch Fund is not an investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.
- Information shared on the Platform is for informational and networking purposes only.
- Users must conduct their own independent research and due diligence before making investment decisions.
- Investments are inherently risky. You may lose part or all of your invested capital.
- Pitch Fund does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of pitches or the success of any business.
- By using the Platform, you agree that Pitch Fund shall not be liable for any financial losses, investment decisions, or business outcomes arising from the use of our services.

8. Limitation of Liability
- Pitch Fund is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- We make no guarantees about funding outcomes, investment returns, or business success.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pitch Fund shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
